Purposes of the OSOS Holding Group Company

• The purposes of OSOS Holding Group Company concentrates in possessing securities of Kuwaiti or foreign sharing companies and securities or shares in companies with limited responsibility or foreign, or partnership in establishing these companies of both types, managing it, financing it, and acting as a guarantor for others.
• Financing companies in which it has shares and acting as a guarantor for others, and in this case the partnership of the holding company in the capital of the borrowing company shouldn’t be less than 20%.
• Possessing industrial property rights including patents, industrial trademarks, industrial images, or any other rights related to it and renting it to other companies or exploiting it whether it was inside or outside Kuwait.
• Possessing movable and immovable property that is necessary to practice its activity according to legal limits.
• Exploiting available financial interest at of the company through investing it in financial and real estate portfolios that are managed by specialized companies.
